At the present stage of economic development, issue a system for improving personnel motivation at enterprise is quite relevant. Usually, material incentives are more popular, and paid non-material incentives, which makes it possible, with right approach each worker, unlock his maximum potential, will reveal only him as person, but also improve organization.
